A special meeting of the Board of Directors of Southern Nevada Anthropomorphic Events was held on Wednesday, June 28th, 2023 virtually over Google Meets, the Con Chair presiding and the Secretary being present.
The meeting was called to order at 7:19pm. Five out of nine Board members were present: Addy, Violet, Crake, Holly, and Jaykie. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved as distributed.
Chair Addy moved to amend the FY2023 Budget to read as follows. The FY2023 budget will be attached to these minutes as Addendum A. The motion was adopted after debate.
Chair Addy moved to introduce and adopt the FY2024 budget. The FY2024 budget will be attached to these minutes as Addendum B. The motion was adopted after debate.
