Chair Addison Sorca has given notice that at the meeting he will move to amend the motion adopted September 15th, 2022 relating to an allocation to pay the Form 1024 filing fee. In addition, he will move to amend the bylaws and Articles of Incorporation.
Treasurer Parker Franklin has given notice that at the meeting she will move the amend the motion adopted September 15th, 2022 relating to an allocation to pay for event insurance.
