A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Southern Nevada Anthropomorphic Events was held on Sunday, June 2nd virtually over Google Meet, the Board Chair presiding and the Secretary being present.
The meeting was called to order at 6:27pm. Seven out of the twelve Board members were present: Jaykie, Sakara, Holly, Violet, Kai, Crake, and Sadie. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved as distributed.
Director Kai moved to distinguish vendors/contractors and dealers as different registration tiers and to define what a vendor will be in the near future. The motion has been adopted after debate.
Meeting adjourned at 7:02pm.
