A Regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Southern Nevada Anthropomorphic Events was held on Sunday, October 6th virtually over Google Meet, the Board Chair presiding and the Secretary being present.
The meeting was called to order at 6:10pm. Eight out of the twelve Board members were present: Tani, Violet, Addy, Sadie, Jaykie, Amber, Kiro, and Crake. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved as distributed.
Reports were given by the Treasurer, Executive Director, LVFC Chair, and the Community Events Chair. The Treasurer reported that the organization currently has $109,967.96 in the bank account, $1,978 from the Clark County Credit Union checking account and $15,212.23 from the American First Credit Union checking account. The organization has a 12 month flex certificate deposit with AFCU amounting to 60,167.88 with a 4.75% APY. Along with a money market savings account with AFCU amount to 25,041. The organization has pending deposits from Stripe totaling to $434.85, from Shopify totaling to $7,134. The Executive Director reported that they have plans to send a draft to amend the bylaws by the next meeting. The LVFC Chair reported that the dealer applications have been closed, the dj applications are being reviewed, and the google workspace migration is going as planned and close to being completed. The Community Events Chair reported that Transpride is currently dissolving and being reformed to “The Gender Critical TransPride Center of Las Vegas,” and that game night was organized in September with mixed reviews.
