A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Southern Nevada Anthropomorphic Events was held on Sunday, June 4th, 2023 virtually over Google Meets, the Con Chair presiding and acting as secretary
The meeting was called to order at 6:38pm. Five out of nine Board members were present: Addy, Tani, Kiro, Sakara and Crake. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved as distributed.
Vice Chair Tani moved to adopt a resolution to form the departments of Las Vegas Fur Con 2024 (RES-2023-008). The resolution will be attached to these minutes as Addendum A. The motion was adopted after debate.
Vice Chair Tani moved to appoint Fentic as Director of Venue and Ratchet as Director of A/V. The motion was adopted after debate.
Vice Chair Tani moved to adopt a resolution to appoint members to the LVFC Executive Committee (RES-2023-009). The resolution will be attached to these minutes as Addendum B. The motion was adopted after debate.
