The second regular monthly meeting of the SNAE Board of Directors was held on Sunday, September 4th, 2022, at 7:04pm virtually over Discord, the Chair presiding and the Secretary being present. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved as distributed.
The meeting was called to order at 7:04pm. Roll Call was taken by the Secretary. Four of the four Board members were present: Addy, Tani, Ivy, and Kuru. Guest Sakara was also in attendance.
A report was given by Treasurer Ivy and Director Tani. Treasurer Ivy reported that there is currently $1,479.27 in the organization’s bank account, all of which (except $100) came from registration sales. Director Tani reported that Wolf (@ISANANIKA) is officially a guest of honor for Las Vegas Fur Con. Tani is currently booking Run, Definitely, Run.
Chair Addy moved that “Tani Coyote be appointed as the Vice Chair of the organization.” The motion was adopted after debate.
Vice Chair Tani moved that “Except for matters which concern appropriations (money) or legality, the con chair is free to act unilaterally with the advice of the vice chair (general convention matters) or a department head (department-specific matters). Appropriations and legal matters must be run by the Board.” The motion was adopted after debate.
The meeting adjourned at 9:02pm.
